Adult ADHD & Psychological Testing in Bethesda, MD

Clear Answers. Thoughtful Evaluation. Real Direction.

I provide ADHD testing and psychological evaluations for adults seeking clarity around attention, focus, organization, executive functioning, anxiety, and mood.

Evaluations can also help distinguish ADHD from common overlapping concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood changes, and trauma-related stress.

The goal is to identify what is driving the problem and provide practical next steps for treatment, support, and accommodations when appropriate.

Diagnostic Clarification

Testing can help clarify what is really going on. Rather than looking at one symptom or one questionnaire, the evaluation considers your history, current concerns, testing results, and day-to-day functioning to build a more complete picture.

The goal is not simply to give you a diagnosis. You receive a comprehensive written report explaining the findings, how they fit together, and practical recommendations for treatment, support, and next steps.

When clinically supported, I can also provide documentation for college academic accommodations and standardized testing accommodations.
